wonderful stay with really good service

I enjoyed my time at this lovely spot. mr bassem radwan deserves special recognition for his excellent professionalism. He arranged a clean, spacious room with a amazing view. mohamed ramadan ensured a fast check-in process, and mohamed el sohagy from housekeeping created creative towel designs. the beach was excellent. The pools were great. The food was varied and delicious.

i noticed the absence of waiter service around the pool area. It would have added a lot to the experience. the lack of a bar next to the water slides seemed like a missed opportunity for refreshment.

The large swimming pool had a well-kept area suitable for both children and adults. i saw daily activities were organized for both children and adults. There seemed to be always something fun to do. the beach had crystal clear water and soft sandy shores.

The spot is quite compact and very spacious. This made navigating the area pretty easy. the hotel provides a sense of being nicely tucked away. grounds were well maintained. The green areas add a splash of color. the private beach is a great spot for relaxation.

staff members were helpful and friendly ensuring all needs were met with smiles. the reception staff were efficient and the supervisors were always available around the hotel. i got the feeling all tried their best to accommodate requests. special thanks go to niama and mohamed.

The main restaurant offered lovely waiters like shareef, who was always helpful and smiling. the food was fantastic. There was plenty of choice for everyone. the hotel has an asian restaurant with an excellent manager named ali. i enjoyed the variety.

the staff excelled in their roles. they ensured my stay was comfortable. the resort included a private area for adults on the clean, lengthy sea. the pizza chef was cheerful, and the lady created fresh bread.

the condition of the rooms seemed slightly worn, with some parts showing age.

This hotel is compact but still spacious. the dining staff was very good. the food had plenty of choices. the barmen are really good (they really know their stuff!). the reception staff were all great. mariam, the front office supervisor, is a lovely lady too. i hope to return sometime. Everything was excellent.

the hotel features multiple pools, one with an aquapark suitable for both adults and children. a charming bar serves refreshing drinks to enhance relaxation. there are plenty of sunbeds available around the pools and i saw attentive lifeguards at both the pool and beach.
